ā¢ Former Bitter Root Cannery demolished as Stockman Bank plans for permanent Hamilton location (kpax.com) ā A historic reference to a fire in Missoulaās Orchard Homes neighborhood explains how an orchard supply business eventually became Hamiltonās longtime Bitter Root Cannery, which is now being demolished. In its place, Stockman Bank will build a threeāstory permanent Hamilton branch, with construction expected to finish in 2027 and upper-floor commercial space planned for other tenants.
