ā¢ Former Nebraska law enforcement, veterans form coalition to fight āfederal overreach' (newsfromthestates.com) ā Ashland residents Janece and Wayne Mollhoff are among eight Nebraska veterans and former law enforcement officers forming a new āEquality Before the Lawā coalition to challenge what they see as federal overreach in Trumpās second term. Meeting in Lincoln, the group criticized recent federal immigration and National Guard actions and plans to work with state lawmakers on public-safety policy while stressing they still support legitimate federal-local cooperation.
