• NTDC names 2026 grand champion (thetrucker.com) — Several Aurora-based drivers earned top honors at the Nebraska Truck Driving Championships in Grand Island, including class wins for Todd Gimpel and George Chaney and strong showings from other local competitors. The event tested written knowledge, vehicle inspections, and precision driving, with class champions now advancing to national contests later this year.
