• Trucking convoys continue during wildfire emergency (landline.media) — Relief convoys responding to Nebraska’s wildfire emergency have included more than 50 trucks hauling hay and supplies directly to Gothenburg, helping local ranchers protect their herds. With nearly a million acres burned and an emergency declaration extended through May 14, truckers and farmers from across Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa are pitching in to keep livestock fed.
