• Tigers snap four-game losing streak by edging Elkhorn (tncontentexchange.com) — Hastings High’s baseball team snapped a four-game skid Thursday night, edging Elkhorn 6-5 at Duncan Field with a late two-run rally in the sixth inning. Strong defense and relief pitching from Owen Ablott sealed the home win, improving the Tigers to 5-10 and setting up their next matchup Saturday at Blair, where Hastings’ Tregan Way is slated to start.
