• Advisor changes come to Career Scholars Program (thewaynestater.com) — Wayne State College’s Career Scholars Program, which places graduates into full-time jobs in Norfolk or Grand Island, is changing how students are advised. Instead of department faculty, students will now work with dedicated career advisors focused on internships, senior-year placements, and long-term employment connections, while still receiving substantial scholarship support.
   

• North Central's Seberger, Kepler reset area marks at O'Neill Invite (norfolkdailynews.com) — Norfolk Catholic girls claimed the team title at Thursday’s O’Neill Invitational, powered by a record-setting 4x100 relay and standout sprints and jumps from seniors Jamaya Koehlmoos and Sidonia Wattier. Norfolk Catholic’s boys also finished runner-up, while North Central’s Noah Seberger and Karlene Kepler reset major area marks in the triple jump, shot put, and discus.
