Buscher: Latest NP school administrator to resign (northplattebulletin.com) — North Platte Public Schools is seeing another leadership change as student services coordinator Brandy Buscher resigns effective at the end of the school year. District officials say overall turnover remains normal, while the board has hired an interim superintendent and new teaching and learning administrators, including former Lincoln Elementary principal Jami Allen.

2. 🎙️Prairie Arts Center Showcases Art, Classes and Community Support Efforts (northplattepost.com) — North Platte’s Prairie Arts Center is rolling out a full slate of community-focused activities, from a fire-relief fundraiser with donated artwork to a kid-friendly Royal Party packed with crafts and face painting. The center is also expanding creative classes and open ceramics sessions for all ages, giving residents more ways to slow down, make art, and support neighbors in need.

3. 🎙️MPCC Sees Strong Finances, Growing Enrollment and Plans for New Student Housing (northplattepost.com) — Mid-Plains Community College is planning new student housing and equipment upgrades in North Platte as it rides stronger-than-expected finances and growing enrollment. Leaders say housing is the current bottleneck and are eyeing expansion in both North Platte and McCook, while also upgrading tools like digital microscopes and expanding nursing programs to keep more local students studying and working in the region.
