Chinatown Vegas has launched a new weekly video series hosted by Ruby Anne, bringing Spring Mountain corridor news, food, nightlife, opening

Chinatown Vegas is expanding its long-running “This Week in Chinatown” coverage into a brand-new weekly video series hosted by Ruby Anne.

The new series brings the stories of the Spring Mountain corridor to life through on-the-ground video recaps covering restaurant openings, food culture, nightlife, live performances, community stories, and the evolving energy of Chinatown Las Vegas.

The launch video, titled “This Week in Chinatown: The Prequel,” serves as the official introduction to the format and was filmed throughout the corridor, including Chinatown Plazas, kitchens, and several nightlife destinations along Spring Mountain Road.

The format is designed to work alongside ChinatownVegas.com’s existing weekly coverage:

  • Every Monday, the “This Week in Chinatown” article is published.
  • Every Tuesday, the video recap follows on YouTube and social media.

Hosted by Ruby Anne, the series aims to document the people, businesses, creators, and culture shaping one of Las Vegas’ fastest-growing dining and entertainment districts.
