Accused Child Rapist Now Faces Stalking And Witness Tampering Charges: Merrimack County Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Kenneth Bradley, 59, of Rex Drive in Concord, currently incarcerated, on accomplice to witness tampering-crime committed while released on bail, conspiracy to commit witness tampering-crime committed while released on bail, and four accomplice to stalking-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of agreeing with his wife, Deborah Bradley, to use his cellphone to communicate with a child rape victim about a pending criminal matter between May 29, 2025, and April 7, in Bow. Kristina Cameron, 36, of South Fruit Street in Concord, on a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-cocaine on Jan. 25 in Pittsfield. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2018.

Demarcus T. Carter, 34, a transient now located in Franklin, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Oct. 21, 2025, in Franklin.

Timothy Casey, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony count of burglary. He was accused of burglarizing a home on South Spring Street in Concord on March 22. Mandy M. Couture, 40, of Academy Road in Pembroke, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on Feb. 21. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft twice.

Fred Currier, 38, of Old Shaker Road in Loudon, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Nov. 28, 2025, in Hooksett.

Christopher Daly, 51, of Cottage Court in Concord, on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent charge. He agreed with Elizabeth Mudgett and/or Ryan Myers, and/or Michael Davis, and/or Cassandra George, and/or Maurice Tweedie, and/or Nicole Robinson, and/or confidential informants, and/or others known or unknown to provide cash and a vehicle to George, who drove to Methuen, Massachusetts, to purchase cocaine and fentanyl, on June 17, 2025, on his behalf, according to the indictment. In April 2017, Daly was convicted of an acts-prohibited charge in Hills North, according to the indictment.

Nicholas Donoghue, 44, of Briggs Street in Hillsboro, on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a female inmate he had supervisory authority over twice at the Merrimack County Jail on Sept. 19, 2025.

Logan John Earle, 19, of Marlboro Road in Troy, on a felony count of reckless conduct. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner, at a high speed, not stopping at a stop sign while there were pedestrians on a sidewalk, and not stopping for police in Henniker on March 19.

Jimmy M. Flores, 36, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of felon in possession. He was accused of possessing a metal shank on Nov. 18, 2025, in Concord. Flores is a felon due to a conviction in June 2013 in the Circuit Court of the city of Williamsburg and the county of James City, Virginia.
