Department Of Corrections: ‘Armed & Dangerous’ Felon Fugitive Wanted In New Hampshire, Massachusetts
Lisa Marie Lundstrom is accused of absconding from probation supervision in two states. She has an extensive criminal history.
CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding what it calls an “armed and dangerous” and “violent” felon who is wanted on warrants in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Lisa Marie Lundstrom is 47, white, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 222 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. An alert stated she had several tattoos, including a hummingbird and a rose with a heart on her right calf, a sunflower on her back, and a Gemini sun on her left thigh. Lundstrom also has piercings on her abdomen and both ears, a report stated.
“Lundstrom is currently on probation after a conviction and sentence for controlled drugs and forgery,” an alert said. “Lundstrom has an extensive criminal history, including arrests for resisting arrest, controlled drugs, delivery of articles to prisoners, armed robbery, assault, burglary, theft, and more.”

The warrants were issued by the Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord and a Massachusetts warrant.
Lundstrom’s criminal history, according to superior court records, dates back nearly two decades, after she was accused of burglary and receiving stolen property in October 2007 in Manchester and armed robbery and acts prohibited in Manchester in November 2007. In July 2008, she received a two-to-four-year prison sentence, a suspended five-to-10-year sentence, a suspended 12-month sentence, and two suspended one-and-a-half-to-three-year sentences.

In May 2015, Lundstrom was accused of receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine, possession of burglary tools, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges in two Salem incidents. About a year later, she pleaded guilty to one charge of stolen property and two reckless conduct charges and received two one-and-a-half-to-five-year sentences with 100 days of time served credit and $1,100 in restitution, as well as a three-to-six-year sentence, suspended for five years and $2,500 in restitution paid to an Andover, Massachusetts, resident.
In October 2019, Lundstrom was accused of delivery of articles to prisoners in Concord and received a suspended sentence. She also received a suspended sentence for a habitual offender charge in Franklin in July 2021.
The most recent convictions, on drug possession and driving charges in Concord and Hooksett, Lundstrom received multiple suspended sentences.
Lundstrom also has an active habitual offender, acts prohibited, and drug possession case out of Franklin from April 2025.

Corrections also released information about another fugitive wanted by the department on April 29 (but I missed publishing it because I was taking some time off).
Debra Bemis, 52, is wanted on a probation violation warrant out of Sullivan County Superior Court from March 26. She was accused of failing to appear at a probation violation hearing.
“Bemis was originally placed on probation after a felony conviction for Theft by Unauthorized Taking and immediately absconded from supervision,” a report stated. “It is believed Bemis may be in the Springfield, Vermont, area.”
Bemis has previous convictions for forgery, petit larceny, embezzlement, retail theft, and heroin possession in Vermont, as well as bail jumping in New Hampshire. She also has several convictions for theft, according to corrections.
Back in July 2020, Bemis was accused of attempted theft in Hinsdale and Keene as well as bail jumping. The theft charges were nolle prossed, but she was jailed for 30 days on the bail-jumping charge.
Bemis was accused of theft again, this time at Walmart in Hinsdale, in both May and June 2020. She was also accused of theft in Claremont in July 2020. After failing to appear several times, she pleaded guilty to three theft charges in May 2025 and received two 12-month jail sentences, with all but nine days suspended for five years.
A warrant for Bemis’ arrest was issued in June 2025 on a probation violation charge. A hearing was held in January, but she was accused of failing to appear at the March probation hearing, and another arrest warrant was issued.
If you know where Lundstrom and Bemis are, do not try to apprehend them yourself. Contact the corrections department at 603-271-1804 or local police.
