Officers Make Driving Under The Influence Arrests On South Main Street: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kristopher Lee Laauwe II, born in 2008, of Ashland, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on July 17, 2026, on loitering or prowling, criminal mischief, and three breach of bail charges, as well as a possession-use of a tobacco product by a minor violation after an investigation or incident on Stickney Avenue.

Alana Nicosia-Riley, born in 2004, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on July 17 on three simple assault and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Daequan Earl Winbush, born in 1994, of Concord, on a breach of bail charge. They were arrested after an investigation or incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Jeffrey Michael Wilber, born in 1944, of Concord, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on July 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Manor Road in Penacook.

Deborah Ann Woodall, born in 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on July 17 on a stalking charge. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on Jennings Drive.

Jasmine Y. Curtis, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on July 17 on stalking and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Nicole Considine, born in 2001, of Loudon, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on July 16 on an aggravated DUI-collision with serious injury charge and an unsafe lane violation. She was arrested after an incident on South Main Street. James Joseph Lowry, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on July 9 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Robert R. St. Jean Jr., born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on July 9 on loitering and prowling and criminal mischief charges after an investigation or incident on Stone Street.

Mark Maclean Rufo, born in 1954, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on July 9 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at the Concord Public Library at 45 Green St.
