Stalker Charged After Trespass, Breach, And Criminal Threat Incidents On Monroe Street: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Alissa Selena Ruth Gutierrez, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2026, on a warrant following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Christopher M. Blodgett, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 23 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, as well as a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Paul Joseph McGonagle, born in 1971, of Concord, received a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 7 on an operating without a valid license charge following an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Jeremy Joseph Richard Jr., born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 7 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges following an investigation or incident on Airport Road.

Jeffrey Stephen Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, received a summons at 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 8 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident on Monroe Street. He was arrested again at 4:50 p.m. on Aug. 10 on two breach of bail and two criminal threatening charges after an investigation or incident on Monroe Street.

Nicole Flood, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a felony count of controlled drug: other; sale; etc., more than 5 ounces following an investigation or incident on Interstate 93 north. She was also charged with falsifying physical evidence after an incident at police headquarters.

Bulambo Dunia, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on Aug. 11 on a breach of bail charge following an investigation or incident at the Draft at 67 S. Main St.

Gordon Robert Hollingworth, born in 1994, of Concord, received a summons at 2:36 a.m. on Aug. 12 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations following an investigation or incident at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.
