Thief From Concord Arrested On A Warrant And New Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Branden Chase, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2026, on a warrant as well as felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Firehouse Block Garage at 19 N. State St.

Vincente P. Metrano, born in 1995, of Concord, received a summons at 1:32 a.m. on Aug. 4 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations after an investigation or incident at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Timothy W. Flattery, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on July 31 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Foster Street.

Lakeisha M. Allen, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on July 30 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Shawn M. O’Brien, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. on July 29 on three simple assault charges after an investigation or incident at Checkmate Pizza at 41 Washington St.

Kisha Rhea Morgan, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on July 28 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an investigation or incident at 89 Fort Eddy Road.

Troy James Moody, born in 1970, of Grantham, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 28 on false swearing; false statement under oath, three forgery, and three theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the New Hampshire Federal Credit Union at 70 Airport Road.

Nicole Flood, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on July 27 on a bench warrant. She was arrested out of town after an investigation or incident at Mile Marker 12 on Interstate 93 north.

Michael David Kohl, born in 1973, of Concord, received a summons at 10:25 p.m. on July 27 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.
