• Public Notice: Student Transportation of America, Inc., CWA-01-2026-0054 (epa.gov) — A school bus facility at 103 Route 107 in Epsom is among several New England sites named in a proposed EPA Clean Water Act settlement with Student Transportation of America. Federal regulators allege unpermitted stormwater and wash-water discharges, plus missing spill-prevention plans at some locations. Residents can submit comments on the proposed $325,000 settlement through September 4, 2026.
