Three upcoming Select Board public hearings will shape final details like tiered rates, enforcement hours, and accommodations for visitors to town offices and veterans, before any launch date is set.
   

• Portsmouth, Dover golf remain undefeated: Monday Seacoast roundup (seacoastonline.com) — Exeter athletes had a strong day, with the golf team sweeping a four-school match at Exeter Country Club behind low rounds from Chase Jumper and Cooper Pettigrove.
