• 77-year-old Mason man located safe after search (ledgertranscript.com) — A Greenville Highway Department crew joined Mason police, fire-EMS, and other agencies in successfully locating a 77-year-old Mason resident who went missing Wednesday afternoon while riding his utility terrain vehicle. After several hours of searching nearby trails and Class 6 roads, conservation officers found him about 1.75 miles from home, and he was evaluated on scene before choosing not to go to the hospital.
