• Plans Move Forward for Grand Reopening of Leach Library (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry's Leach Library is nearing a long-awaited return to its main building after extensive mold remediation and a year in the police department's community room. Staff are planning an all-day grand reopening with tours, games, refreshments, and family activities, though the exact weekday date awaits final mold test results. Trustees have voted to start winding down the temporary location.
   

• Energy Business Presents Plan, Looks for Tax Break (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry officials are weighing a tax break for a proposed Purpose-Energy plant that would turn food waste into renewable gas off North Wentworth Avenue. The project could add nearly $23 million in assessed value, support local food businesses, and potentially ease residents' tax burdens. A public hearing on the exemption is set for Sept. 14.
   

• Lawsuit Filed in Push for Investigation Transparency (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry residents are watching a new Superior Court lawsuit that seeks release of documents from a closed-door investigation into Town Manager Shaun Mulholland and Councilor Dan Bouchard. Filed by resident and Londonderry Times staffer Chris Paul, the case challenges the Town Council's refusal under New Hampshire's Right-to-Know law. A hearing is set for Sept. 24 in Brentwood.
