Officers stopped the suspect in Manchester driving the same rental Mercedes, leading to charges in Massachusetts, though the stolen cards have not been recovered and all allegations remain unproven in court.

• Darbster Rescue finds new home for adoptions at Merrimack Premium Outlets (unionleader.com) — Darbster Rescue has moved its adoption center from the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester to the Merrimack Premium Outlets, where dogs and cats are already finding new homes quickly. The nonprofit still operates other facilities in Manchester and Chichester, and staff say the new outlet setting offers more green space, dog-friendly shops, and a welcoming way to introduce shoppers to animal rescue.
