• Woman arrested on felony DWI charge in New Lebanon (newportdispatch.com) — A Milford woman has been charged in New York with felony aggravated DWI and drug impairment after a July ATV rollover that occurred with a child passenger on board. Neither she nor the child wore helmets; she suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while the child was unhurt. She's due back in New Lebanon court in November.
