Amherst Man Accused Of Threatening To Shoot People At Former Place Of Work: County Court Indictment Roundup
Nashua woman indicted on child assault charges; Merrimack man indicted on gun threat charge; drug sale indictments in Nashua and Pelham.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Krystyna Borrero Gutierrez, 36, of Arlington Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of second-degree assault. She was accused of striking a child under 13 with a belt, causing bruising to their arm, back, face, and leg, on Jan. 28 in Nashua.
Jake A. Bushey, 21, of Dorothy Drive in Amherst, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening, via text message, to shoot people at his former place of work in Nashua on March 4 after being terminated.

Andrew Collins, 34, of Benson Lane in Hudson, on insurance fraud and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of filing a claim in Hudson on June 2, 2025, with false statements and hiding a 2024 Toyota Tundra to impair its verity or availability for an investigation.
Therrin Cousins, 27, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge. He was accused of selling less than 1 gram of cocaine to an agent of the Nashua police between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, 2025.

Calvin DeGreenia, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony count of burglary. He was accused of burglarizing a residence on Stark Street in Nashua on Jan. 10.
Kendra Dichiara, 44, of Whitney Street in Nashua, on a felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants. She was accused of attempting to get a man to withhold testimony by telling him he could drop a case in Wilton on Sept. 30, 2025.

Kyle Drouin, 30, of no fixed address, last known address, Powderhouse Road in Merrimack, on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a family member with a firearm on Feb. 4 in Merrimack.
Luilly Fernandez, 32, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, and intent to sell fentanyl, exceeding 5 grams, on Dec. 5, 2025, in Pelham.
Angel Soto Fuentes, 35, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine. He was accused of selling the drug on Oct. 6 and Nov. 1, 2025, in Nashua.
Tobby Gagnon, 50, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on April 14, 2025, in Nashua.
Anthony Giargiari, 37, of Pine Steet in Nashua, on a felony pistols and revolvers, convicted felons, charge. He was accused of possessing a switchblade knife on Nov. 24, 2025, in Nashua after being convicted on a drug charge in Cheshire County Superior Court in April 2024.
Kevin Gidge, 47, of Cheyenne Drive in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Nov. 30, 2025, in Nashua.
Eugene Gonzales, 64, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register his place of residence with the police in November 2024. Gonzales is a Tier 1 sex offender due to
