Elderly Milford Man Indicted On 18 Sexual Assault Charges: Hillsborough County South Indictments

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Brianna Greenhalgh, 28, of Grove Street in Nashua, on first-degree assault, tampering with witnesses and informants, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of throwing a child into his crib on March 8 in Nashua.

Andrew J. Grimes, 39, of Granite Street in Milford, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling a child and pushing them down the stairs in Milford on Aug. 8, 2025.

James Taylor, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of burglary. He was accused of burglarizing St. Mary Orthodox Church on Chandler Street in Nashua on Oct. 26, 2025.

Anthony Tidwell, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine on Sept. 15, 2025, in Nashua. According to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hills South in April 2023.

Christopher Tomer, 36, of Broad Street in Hollis, on a felony count of felon in possession. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles in Hollis at July 28, 2025. He is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in Nashua District Court in February 2013.

Rodney Torres, 60, of Adelaide Street in Hudson, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on July 10, 2025, in Nashua.

Nicholas Ryan Tsetsakis, 24, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on seven felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of transferring or possessing with intent to transfer cloud documents videos and .mp4s on July 3, 2025, in Nashua.

Alexis Turgeon, 32, of Pine Street in Nashua, on five controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine, fentanyl and cocaine mix, and crack cocaine, in Nashua. In two of the cases, she was accused of selling drugs to a cooperating person working with the Nashua police on Feb. 5, 2025. In one case, Turgeon was accused of selling crack to a cooperating person working with the Nashua police on April 9, 2025.

David Vega, 41, of Nashua, on accomplice to sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine, three possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent offense-fentanyl, cocaine, and crack cocaine, and three armed career criminal charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a Beretta M9 9 mm handgun, a Ruger LC9 handgun, and a Smith & Wesson MP380 handgun on Oct. 29, 2025, in Nashua. The accomplice-sale charge was from an incident in Nashua on Oct. 14, 2025. Previously, according to the indictments, Vega was convicted on burglary in November 2005 in Hills South, robbery in February 2015 in Hills South, and acts prohibited in Merrimack County in October 2020.

Ethan Villemaire, 36, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on a felony count of possession of para-fluorofentanyl on Oct. 15, 2025, in Nashua.

John Everett Williams Jr., 73, of Jennison Road in Milford, on three indecent exposure, two aggravated felonious sexual assault, two felonious sexual assault, and 14 pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping three girls, fondling them, and having two of them fondle him between Jan. 1, 2010, and Nov. 1, 2023, in Milford.
