ā¢ New Hampshire law targets public disposal of needles (newenglandnewspress.com) ā Rochester officials are weighing a new ordinance that would require a strict oneāforāone needle exchange, mirroring Manchesterās rules, as New Hampshire tightens oversight of syringe service programs. A newly signed state law will soon force providers to track how many needles are returned, submit corrective plans if return rates drop, and maintain public disposal sites, potentially reshaping harm-reduction services locally.
