• State board to consider regulation of 'neonics' (keenesentinel.com) — Wolfeboro residents are directly involved in a statewide push to tighten regulations on neonicotinoid pesticides, with local Rep. John MacDonald and advocate Tonya Albee helping drive the conversation. New rules, modeled on a previously stalled bill, could sharply limit non-agricultural uses like lawns and ornamental gardens if approved by the state Pesticide Control Board in August.
