MANAHAWKIN - SOUTHERN OCEAN MEDICAL CENTER is hosting FREE Wellness Screenings on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at Ken’s Kitchen - St. Mary’s Church, 100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin. Screenings will include Blood Pressure, Pulse, BMI, Glucose, Cholesterol, and Stroke Risk Assessment. *Fasting is not required. No registration necessary. MANAHAWKIN - SOUTHERN OCEAN MEDICAL CENTER is offering a FREE Talk and Walk with the Stafford Pathfinders Group on Rethink Your Drink: Walk and Talk at the Doc Cramer Sports Complex - Soccer Fields on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, starting at 8:30 a.m. Join our health educator for an informative and engaging presentation on Rethink Your Drink, a program designed to raise awareness of the health effects of sugary beverages and promote healthier drink choices. This session will provide practical tips for reducing sugar intake, understanding nutrition labels, and choosing healthier alternatives to support overall wellness.
