Join Vicki Weiss, the Innkeeper of the Mathis House for a hands on cooking class making Butternut Squash soup with puréed bacon. The class includes a presentation & tasting of our fall teas, a cup of soup with refreshments, food samples, a pint of soup to take home and a printed recipe. Tickets are $30 per person by calling 732-818-7580.
