Physical Education instructor Maura Gillooly said Del Rocco stood out because "she can always be counted on to follow through on her commitments and make the right choices—even when no one is watching."

At SCVTHS, Del Rocco has built a strong record in the classroom and in school activities.

The school said she has been inducted into the National Technical Honor Society because of her academic achievements and has also received the Principal’s Award.

She is also a three-sport athlete at the school, competing on the soccer, basketball, and softball teams. She was named the soccer team’s Rookie of the Year and received the Coaches' Award for basketball.

Outside of school, Del Rocco volunteers at her church, where she assists with Vacation Bible School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and playing sports.

Del Rocco plans to work in a salon to help finance her college studies in early childhood development.
