Hunterdon Co. Man Arrested After Getting Drugs In Mail, Prosecutor Says
David Develder, 47, of Readington Township, is facing drug-related charges.
READINGTON, NJ — A Readington man was arrested after police say he accepted two packages in the mail with drugs inside.
David Develder, 47, was charged with one count of second-degree possession of prescription legend drugs with the intent to distribute and one count of third-degree possession of controlled dangerous substances without a prescription, said Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson.
On Aug. 7, Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force detectives were notified of two packages addressed to "Henri Hotsauce," a YouTube moniker, at an address in Readington Township.

The packages reportedly tested positive for controlled dangerous substances.
On Aug. 13, members of U.S. Postal Inspection Services, U.S. Homeland Security, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Narcotics Task Force, and the Readington Township Police Department coordinated a controlled delivery of the packages.

Moments after delivery, Develder was taken into custody without incident.
This matter remains under investigation.
Develder faces a term of imprisonment between five and ten years and a fine not to exceed $150,000 on the second-degree charge.
He also faces a term of imprisonment between three and five years and a fine not to exceed $15,000 on the third-degree charge.
