• Weber's impressive save allows Rutherford to hold off Butler (nj.com subscription) — Butler High’s baseball team fell just short in a 6–5 road loss to Rutherford, remaining winless at 0–9 despite a late push. Butler scored in the fourth and sixth innings behind RBIs from Derek Dieckmann and hits from Caleb Arroyave and Jayden DiNatale, but Rutherford’s seventh-inning surge and closer Quinn Weber’s strikeouts sealed the game.
