AmeriHealth will host its second annual Medicare Advantage Member Health Fair. Seniors from Camden and surrounding communities who are AmeriHealth Medicare Advantage members are invited to attend the event, which aims to improve their access to preventative care and address health disparities.
Hosted in partnership with Cooper University Health Care and CamCare Health, seniors will receive wellness resources and personalized support from clinical experts, and have access to on-site preventative health services including blood pressure checks, diabetic retinal eye screenings, mammogram scheduling and more.
