Building on a Legacy of Service for Chatham Borough

When I moved to Chatham Borough 30 years ago, I was immediately drawn to its strong sense of community. In 2008, at the invitation of the Chatham Borough Democrats, I ran for Borough Council. Although I was not elected, I stayed involved—volunteering on several committees and focusing on practical ways to improve how the Borough serves residents.

I joined the Communication and Technology Committee (now the CTAC), later chaired it, and helped relaunch the Borough website. In 2011, after the Mayor resigned, the Council appointed me to complete the term. Today, I serve on the Environmental Commission and CTAC, working with neighbors, staff, and elected officials to solve issues big and small.

I have also chaired the Chatham Borough Democrats and supported many successful local campaigns. For nearly 20 years, I’ve served on the Morris County Democratic Committee and participated in nominating conventions for candidates including Mikie Sherrill, Analilia Mejia, and Andy Kim.

My family and I have loved building our life in Chatham—spending many memorable hours at youth sports and school performances. We’re grateful for the excellent education our son received through the School District of the Chathams.

Professionally, I bring 35 years of operations and project management experience in banking and workers’ compensation—skills I’ve used to manage budgets, streamline processes, and deliver results.

As a Council member, I will listen closely to residents and bring experienced, solutions-oriented leadership to the dais. I respectfully ask for your support for Sophia Hull and me in the June 2 Democratic primary.
