Food Truck Night Rolling In To Cherry Hill Over Labor Day Weekend (patch.com) — Cherry Hill families can mark their calendars for a Labor Day weekend Food Truck Night at Croft Farm, featuring nine regional vendors and live music from School of Rock. The September 3 evening event offers a mix of seafood, barbecue, dumplings, lemonade, and craft beverages, all at 100 Bortons Mill Road. 
2. Shots Fired At South Jersey Apartments, Police Say (patch.com) — Cherry Hill police say an 18-year-old Florida man was identified and arrested after shots were fired at the Grand Apartments on Frontage Road, damaging a parked car but injuring no one. Investigators used surveillance video and other evidence to secure a warrant, and the suspect was later taken into custody in New York, where he awaits extradition as officers continue seeking information.
3. New Jersey's 51 best sandwiches, ranked for 2026. A new No. 1 is crowned! (nj.com subscription) — Cherry Hill earns two spots on New Jersey's 2026 best-sandwich list, with Banh Mi Ngon's crispy pork belly banh mi and The Kibitz Room's towering G.B.M.F. deli sandwich both celebrated among the state's top 51. The long ranking tours standout hoagies, subs, and creative sandwiches from all over New Jersey's dining scene.
4. Broadway's 'Aladdin' launches bus tour partnership (broadwaynews.com) — Cherry Hill residents can hop a Starr Tours bus on Sept. 26 for a day trip that includes round‑trip transportation and tickets to a Broadway matinée of Disney's "Aladdin." The package adds an onboard guide, Theater District free time, and another departure date from Plymouth Meeting, with more trips expected.
