• Colts Neck Amends 4th Round Affordable Housing Plan: See Details (patch.com) — Colts Neck’s Planning Board has reluctantly amended its 4th Round Affordable Housing plan to add three major development sites, warning that refusal could trigger builder’s remedy lawsuits and larger projects. Residents packed the April 7 meeting to protest the changes, especially at Dutch Lane Road, while officials adopted the plan “under protest” and vowed to appeal the court order driving these requirements.
