Local Woman Reverses Osteoporosis Through TruBody Lifestyle

At TruBody Wellness in Cinnaminson, we help men and women over 40 restore their health through a structured lifestyle system rooted in strength training, nutrition, and consistency. One of our most inspiring success stories is Darcy, a local member who lived with osteoporosis for decades and had been on medication since the late 1990s with little lasting improvement.
