Trualta provides tools and resources for caregivers

(Raritan Valley YMCA)

Learning how to care for a loved one can feel overwhelming, especially when you're faced with new medical or daily care responsibilities. Middlesex County offers access to Trualta, an online education platform designed specifically for family caregivers.

Trualta provides videos, articles, and step-by-step guidance on topics such as dementia care, mobility, medication management, self-care for caregivers, and much more. The online platform allows caregivers to learn at their own pace from the comfort of home.
