Meals Delivered to Support Seniors
Home-delivered meals promote health and independence

For seniors who are unable to prepare meals or leave their homes, the Home-Delivered Meals Program provides nutritious meals that support healthy aging and independent living. Eligible homebound older adults can receive meals delivered directly to their homes, helping reduce food insecurity while promoting good nutrition.
This program not only provides healthy meals but also offers regular contact with delivery staff, giving seniors another connection to their community.
