• Application for Apartment Building Near Edison Municipal Complex Will Continue Before Zoning Board in November (TAPinto.net) — Edison officials are weighing a proposal for an eight‑story, 94‑unit luxury apartment building at 90 Municipal Boulevard, right by the municipal complex and Papaianni Park. The zoning board will revisit the plan November 24, focusing on fire‑safety capabilities, parking shortfalls, shared‑parking arrangements, and how many units will be set aside as affordable housing.
