• Former Nabisco Site Won't Be A Data Center, Bergen County Mayor Vows (patch.com) — Fair Lawn's mayor is assuring residents that the former Nabisco site is approved only for a distribution warehouse, not a data center, despite confusing language in a developer's post. She emphasized there are no applications for a data center and that officials do not want Fair Lawn to become a hub for such facilities. The borough says it remains focused on redevelopment that aligns with its agreement and residents' interests.
   

• Fair Lawn Main Street Receives $100K Grant (tapinto.net) — Fair Lawn has secured a $100,000 Main Street New Jersey grant to help River Road businesses recover from disruptions caused by earlier PSE&G construction. The funding represents a sizable share of the state program's budget and will support ongoing efforts under Main Street Fair Lawn to strengthen the borough's historic business districts. Local leaders say the designation and grant should boost revitalization work already underway.
