Residents, scouts and volunteer groups are invited to help clean parks, streets and public spaces across the borough.
FLEMINGTON, NJ — Flemington Borough officials are inviting residents to take part in a community-wide cleanup effort later this month aimed at beautifying public spaces across the borough.
The Flemington Borough Environmental Commission will host Borough Cleanup Day on May 30, with a rain date scheduled for May 31, according to a borough announcement. Volunteers will gather from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Department of Public Works garage between Main Street and Broad Street.
Organizers said the event is open to residents, scout troops and community organizations interested in helping remove litter and improve neighborhoods throughout Flemington.
