• Man arrested on weapons charges in Guttenberg (newportdispatch.com) — A North Bergen driver was arrested in Guttenberg after a traffic stop on Kennedy Boulevard led officers to discover an outstanding Guttenberg Municipal Court warrant and an unsecured handgun in his car. Police say the firearm lacked proper permits and was fitted with a high‑capacity magazine, and the man is now facing multiple weapons charges in Hudson County court.
