Release of Cranberry Lake Historical Evolution?
A three-part publication documenting nearly two centuries of Cranberry Lake history through research, historic photographs, maps, and records. It explains how the lake developed and how its footbridges fit into that history. It spans the mining, Morris Canal, railroad, resort, and summer colony eras. Each changed the landscape while building upon what earlier generations left behind. Traces of those connections remain visible today.
Cranberry Lake Historical Evolution—Publications I, II, and III explores how these chapters came together to shape the lake and its historic footbridges.
