Join Haddonfield United Methodist Church as we launch our brand-new program year with a full day of free community events, worship, food, and family fun on Sunday, September 13!
Whether you are looking for a welcoming faith community, a fun afternoon with the kids, or a great high-energy evening for your teenager, all are welcome to join us on the North Lawn and in Propert Café.
Weekend Worship Schedule:
- Saturday, Sept. 12 at 5:00 PM: Casual Worship with Holy Communion
- Sunday, Sept. 13 at 8:00 AM: Traditional Worship (Brown Chapel)
- Sunday, Sept. 13 at 9:00 AM: Modern Worship (Fellowship Hall & Live-streamed)
- Sunday, Sept. 13 at 10:30 AM: Traditional Worship with Chancel Choir (Sanctuary & Live-streamed)
Schedule of Events (Sunday, September 13):
- 8:00 AM – Hot Breakfast: Hot breakfast returns to Propert Café with its full traditional menu (donations welcome). Drop in before worship for food and fellowship!
- Morning Worship – Blessing of the Backpacks & Educators: Students are invited to bring their school backpacks, and educators are invited to join us for a special blessing over the new school year. Sunday School and Children’s Worship resume their regular schedules, along with the start of our new sermon series, Deep Roots.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – HUMC Kids Family BBQ: Families with school-aged children are invited to the North Lawn after worship for food, lawn games, face painting, and time to connect with other local families.
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Student Ministries Kick-Off Party (Grades 6th–12th): Middle and high school students are invited to the North Lawn for a high-energy evening of food, games, music, outdoor fun, and special treats as we launch the new season! Bring your friends and your energy—it’s a night you won’t want to miss.
