ā¢ Mr. Charles William Mabey Jr., 77 (jdledger.com) ā Hawthorne, N.J., native Charles William Mabey Jr., 77, has passed away after a career in law enforcement and retirement from a federal prison facility. Now living in Hazlehurst, he is remembered by a large family of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A memorial service was recently held at Swain Funeral Home in Hazlehurst.
