The 18-year-old East Windsor man faces multiple robbery and weapons charges, and Hightstown police credited cooperation with East Windsor officers and surveillance video for the swift arrest.
   

• Hightstown-East Windsor Historical Society Announce Winners of Coloring Contest (TAPinto) — Young artists from Hightstown and East Windsor were celebrated as the Hightstown-East Windsor Historical Society announced winners of its first Halloween Kids’ Coloring Contest, centered on the historic Ely House. More than 40 entries came in from local libraries and community events, and organizers say the response ensures this will likely become a recurring family tradition.
