Hosted by the Hillsborough Business Association, the event features 36 local spots, from pizzerias and diners to breweries, dessert shops, and global cuisines, all showcasing limited-time offers.
   

• NJIB's Guide to New Jersey October Festivals and Events (newjerseyisntboring.com) — Hillsborough's own Norz Hill Farm is again hosting Scare Farm this October, with multiple haunted attractions running weekends from October 2 through November 1. It's one of dozens of fall festivals and Halloween events listed statewide, but stands out as a major nearby haunt, giving Hillsborough residents an easy, high-intensity Halloween option without leaving town.
   

• New Jersey Credit Unions Just Dropped 5,500+ Pounds of Food Where It's Needed Most (thecreditunionconnection.com) — Hillsborough's Feeding Hands Pantry is one of more than two dozen organizations that just received part of 5,500 pounds of donated food from a statewide coalition of credit unions. The summer-long drive helped restock shelves during a season when local demand rises and school meal programs pause, bringing extra support to food-insecure families in and around Hillsborough.
