Hoboken's Free Outdoor Movies Will Include Film On City's Gentrification: See Lineup
"Delivered Vacant" was filmed in Hoboken in the 1980s and early 1990s, showing how the city's housing stock and population changed.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken's annual "Movies Under The Stars" series returns this summer with a lineup of feature films and documentaries — and free pizza will be available at most of the events.
The films are shown on a big screen at two parks: Pier A Park on the south waterfront, near the Train Terminal, and ResilienCity Park at 13th and Madison streets.
Notably, this year's lineup will include "Delivered Vacant," a poignant documentary shot in the 1980s as Hoboken experienced its sometimes painful gentrification.
