Hoboken Dog Attack Injures 2 Dog Walkers, One Pet: Police
Two dog walkers suffered sprained wrists while trying control dogs during an attack near ShopRite, police said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Two dog walkers and a pet dog were injured in Hoboken on Wednesday when three other dogs emerged from a car and attacked them, police said.

A Hoboken police spokesperson said that around 1 p.m., officers responded to the parking lot of 900 Madison St. on reports of a possible attack.

Police were told that three unleashed dogs had emerged from a nearby vehicle, then attacked eight dogs being walked by two different dog walkers.
Both dog walkers suffered sprained wrists while trying to control the leashed animals, police said.

One of the pets they were walking was also injured in the attack.
"The three aggressive dogs were corralled by their owner back into the vehicle they had exited," police said.
The owner left the area before police arrived. Police said that the three animals were later seized by Secaucus police.
