The Fifty Factor, the business community built for midlife women ready to ignite the next stage of their careers, build businesses, monetize passions, and lead, held its official launch party in Red Bank, NJ, marking the first of many networking events, workshops, retreats and panel discussions to be held in the Tri-state area.
The Fifty Factor celebration took place on The Rooftop at Merrill Lynch. Michelle Miranda, financial advisor, Wealth Management, Merrill Lynch, partnered with The Fifty Factor, believing in the power of investing in midlife women.
The launch party was a sold-out success, bringing together a community of midlife women eager to connect, celebrate, and invest in themselves and their next chapter. Unlike other networking organizations, privately-held The Fifty Factor is designed exclusively for midlife women.

Kim Keating, midlife female founder and CEO of The Fifty Factor, said of the event’s success, “The Fifty Factor Launch Party underscores that, not only do midlife women in business matter, they are craving connection, camaraderie and a forum where they can learn, grow and inspire one another. Guest speaker Amy Fisher, President of Rahua Haircare & Beauty, spoke about her journey and leading a haircare and beauty brand in midlife. Raffle prizes included handcrafted candles (Crafted Light Creations) and handbag accessories (Ivy Alexander) from midlife female founders, and an announcement from Likya Turkey with a trip designed for midlife women.
