Illegal construction dumping at the Southard Grange

Help in investigation needed-Sometime overnight on August 17th an entire truck of construction site debris was dumped behind the Southard Grange building on Rt 9 in Howell Twsp.  The Southard Grange is a non- profit community-based organization.  It doesn't have the resources to clean up construction dump sites left on our property that could easily cost over $1000. This act is illegal and we are seeking any help in finding the perpetrator.  If you have any information that might lead us to who did this act of illegal trespassing and illegal dumping please contact the Southard Grange 732 915 7238.   Thank you.
