🎃📚 Bring the kids for a FREE afternoon of storytelling, pumpkin painting, and family fun at the Newark Public Library!
Join the Boricua Community Building Center and Nuyorican Books for ¡Buen Día! Bilingual Children's Story Time, featuring Puerto Rican children's author Samantha J. Garcia-Sherpa.
Families will enjoy readings from I Am Boricua and ABCs for Baby Boricuas: Pueblos, introducing young readers to Puerto Rican culture, identity, and the island's communities.
After story time, children can get creative with pumpkin painting! Thanks to our generous sponsor, Stony Hill Farms, registered children will receive a free pumpkin and painting kit. Light refreshments will also be provided.
