Ethos Farm to Health is currently seeking an experienced Farm Manager, and I thought our community of partners would be the perfect place to ask for your help.
We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience managing an organic farm who is passionate about regenerative agriculture and is ready to lead both in the field and with people. This position will oversee a team of up to 10 staff members, making strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.
